Scroll below for the full schedule, all stages, all week.
Neighbors are co-hosting this year. We'll kick off here downtown Wed. afternoon, before throwing a Mississippi Welcome Party (with gumbo of course) at Hopson 5-10p. We'll picnic and party there Thu. until 4p, juke up and dine around town, then end by Friday noon, before the King Biscuit Blues Festival begins in Helena Fri. 1pm.
Also new are Delta Dirt Distillery cocktail and Delta fusion cooking classes to "Warm Up" your week, and a "Blues on the Farm" exhibit and panels at Clarksdale Carnegie Public Library and Hopson Hospitality.
Delta scholars and musicians will share their insights and experiences at the intersection of blues and farming, past and present -- including T-Model's grandson Stud Ford, Mark "Muleman" Massey, and James "Superchikan" Johnson.
Full schedule is below. Proceeds support the festival, and online tickets offer the best discounts in advance at our website or Eventbrite: https://www.eventbrite.com/.../king-biscuit-week...
